Job Seekers Area
This is where Job Seekers register themselves and upload their resumes to the web site. A multitude of features make it easy to navigate and work within this area of the web site. Some of the features provided in this part of the Web site include:

Required fields are clearly marked with a red asterisk during registration
Resume can be uploaded to the site as Ms Word or Adobe Pdf document
Job Seekers can receive notification through their email address
Job Seekers can identify job type desired (e.g. full time or part time employment)
Cover letter can be easily attached to registration details
Access validation is by means of user email and password
Job Seekers can easily search for jobs through a user friendly query

Admin Panel
Provides a means for administrators to manage the web site. Some of the features of this panel include:
Access to the Admin panel is by means of secure validated user name and password login
Forgot Password feature assists admin to quickly retrieve lost password
Sign-On Banner boldly presents name of site
Site displays name of user currently logged on, shows date and time of last login
Top-right hand corner displays home link so that Admin can easily return to Home page from whatever location on site Admin is at
Log-out link for quick and easy logout
Settings link at top right corner takes admin directly to Change configuration Section where admin can set configuration for the web site
Administrative Section of the Change Configuration Page allows admin to set Page Title, Company Copyright information and Welcome message
Administrators Information Section of the Change Configuration Page enables Admin to set Company’s Name and copyright message
Job Posting price (US$) Section lets admin set job price for a duration of 30 or 60 days
Resume Credit Section can be used to set minimum expected credit balance
Administrators Instruction Section allows Admin to add instructions for other Administrators of the site
Admin can set pay pal account ID and Pay pal account mode (e.g. Live/Real Mode, Test Mode)
Admin can upload banner image

Save Changes button lets Admin save all entries or amendments with a single button click
Control Panel page is presented upon access, shows currently logged on user, along with links to Account Manager, Content Manager and Logout.
Choosing the Accounts link takes you to the change profile page where admin can easily reset profile through a user friendly interface, mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*), changes are saved by clicking the Change Profile button
Change Password feature lets Admin lets admin quickly change passwords through a user friendly page, old and new passwords must be supplied, changes are saved through a change password button
Change password and Change Profile are also available via the menu bar presented below the sign-on banner, Accounts menu also provides the Update Profile link to take you directly to the Update Profile Page and Change Password link to take you directly to the Change Password Page
Content Manager allows admin to manage all pages on the site. This feature is also available via the CMS menu on the access/menu bar
Can view pages by type (e.g. Fixed Pages or Custom Pages)
Can create new Fixed Pages in a user-friendly way, by entering the page name and then clicking the Create Page button to add the page to the site.
Admin can create new Customer Pages in a user-friendly way, by entering the page name and then clicking the Create Page button to add the page to the site.
Admin can add new content to the currently selected page or delete page content
Page content is added via a full-featured WYSIWYG text editor
Admin can quickly change the status of a page (Active or Disabled) by simply double clicking the status icon for the desired page
Admin can set number of records shown per page by entering a value in the Show box at the bottom of the page
Admin can edit and maintain Meta Content for each page (e.g. Page Title, Page Header Name, Meta Keywords to be used by Search Engines, Meta Descriptions, Other Tag, etc)
Admin can view all Employers and add new Employer records through a user friendly page, where required fields are clearly marked with an asterisk (*)
Ability to search for employers by specifying the correct key (e.g. First Name, etc)
Company logo can be easily uploaded during creation of Employer record
Employers can be categorized as Paid or Unpaid
